Cancellation, Refund & Validity Policy

Validity of Services
All services, memberships, session packages, and recovery services purchased at BiO-FiT are valid for three (3) months from the date of first session used, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
All services:
- Are personal and non-transferable
- Must be used within the validity period
- Automatically expire after 3 months
- No extensions are granted except where permitted under the Freeze Policy below.
Cancellation Policy
(In accordance with Quebec Consumer Protection Laws)
Clients may cancel their agreement at any time.
Before the First Session
If cancellation occurs before any service is used:
- A full refund will be issued
- No fees apply
After Services Have Started
If cancellation occurs after the first session:
The client is responsible for:
- The regular retail value of all sessions already used (membership or promotional pricing no longer applies), and
- A cancellation fee equal to the lesser of:
- 10% of the value of unused services, or
- $50
Any payments already made will be applied toward this balance.
Medical Cancellation
If cancellation is required due to medical reasons and supported by a doctor's note:
- No cancellation penalty applies
- The client is responsible only for sessions already used (at retail price)
Refunds
When applicable:
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Refund amounts reflect:
- Payments made
- Minus services used (at retail value)
- Minus any applicable cancellation fee
- Refunds are issued using the original method of payment.
Freeze Policy
Memberships and packages may be frozen once for up to 2 weeks for:
All freeze requests must be submitted in writing.
Expiration dates will be extended by the length of the freeze.
Important Terms
- Services expire after 3 months from first use
- Services are non-transferable
- Discounts apply only while the agreement remains active
- Promotional pricing becomes void upon cancellation
- Pricing and services may change at any time
- Appointments are subject to availability and scheduling policies
How to Cancel or Request a Freeze
All cancellation and freeze requests must be submitted in writing to:
Terms of Service
By using Bio-Fit services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Membership and Services
Memberships are non-transferable and subject to the terms outlined in your membership agreement.
2. Health and Safety
Clients must disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations before participating in training sessions.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session.
4. Code of Conduct
We maintain a respectful and professional environment. Any disruptive behavior may result in membership termination.
5. Liability
Bio-Fit is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or disclose medical conditions.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information:
1. Information Collection
We collect information you provide directly, including name, email, phone number, and health information relevant to your training.
2. Use of Information
Your information is used to provide services, communicate with you, and improve our offerings.
3. Data Protection
We implement security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access.
4. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services for payment processing and analytics, which have their own privacy policies.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
1. Membership Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable except in cases of documented medical conditions preventing participation.
2. Service Packages
Unused sessions in service packages may be refunded on a prorated basis within 30 days of purchase.
3. Cancellation by Bio-Fit
If we cancel a service or are unable to provide agreed services, a full refund will be issued.
4. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
